My students need headphones in order to utilize different programs that will meet their specific needs. Please help our students become successful!

There is no such thing as a typical day in a classroom! You start each day hoping the children will explore, learn and be kind to others! How you get there and the adventure of the day is never the same!
Our students live in an urban area with a high poverty rate.
Their idea of an adventure is something outside in the streets with a few of their friends, hoping to stay out of trouble and safe. School is where they usually feel safest and can finally act like children. They are eager to learn about new things and see the world! We are constantly stopping lessons to discuss something they have never heard of, or googling to learn more! In a co-taught setting, general education and special education, we teach students with a wide range of disabilities. Each child is so different, but their eagerness to learn and their ability to put their troubles behind them to put a smile on their face, makes them similar in more than one way!
We are lucky enough in a low economic area to have a class set of laptops. Working in a classroom with so many different types of learners and a wide range of levels most of the programs we use need to be differentiated. With headphones we can have each child utilizing the same program on different levels or different programs that meet their individual needs at the same time! It will benefit our students in their use of technology, as well as learning on their independent level.
We are constantly bugging our friends and family to donate money to help us with resources for making our classroom the best learning environment possible!
Now that we have run them dry, we are asking you!! Please help support our amazing learners!
