Help me give my students access to spoken conversation through clear window face masks shared with adults and students around campus.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Rivera's classroom raised $185

My Project
Our Deaf/Hard of Hearing students attend school with hearing adults and classmates. Their families and the communities they live in are filled with hearing adults and children. Though most COVID protocols have been lifted, many people choose to wear masks at school. Solid masks cover much of the face and interfere with full communication by limiting access to the speaker's face.
Clear window masks shared with those around them help students to better understand what is being said by seeing more facial expressions and speechreading, for those students who speechread.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
