Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a community that suffers from poverty and they have been affected by many different traumas. Some traumas have left them with nothing. Their joy in coming to school is at times the only time where they can be themselves and feel safe. We want our students to come to a school that is clean and always ready for learning. Being in a low income neighborhood, there is always a lot of trash from people coming on campus.
With the garbage cans, cleaning supplies, and tools we will work diligently to beautify our campus and make it clean and safe for everyone.
My students love their school and will work with their hearts to make it the best school that it can be. They are excited and cant wait to start. Please help and make their dream come true.
