My Students

My students receiving functional skills services are incredible individuals with a variety of learning styles and needs. They bring a smile to my face daily with their loving personalities and their accomplishments. They teach me to always keep trying, no matter how hard a task gets. I love the personalities they bring and the challenges we overcome together. They each have their own learning styles, and any way I can help them, I will gladly do that!

My Project

With the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been a constant struggle to keep my students safe with cleaning supplies that they often have an allergic reaction to or the inability to create items that are just theirs.

With this project, my students will be able to create and build fidgets that are just theirs, while being able to keep their environment clean!

With the increase of germs, skin sensitivities, and environmental awareness I am hoping to bring my students the relief and additional skills for jobs just as washing dishes to coding.

The locking cabinet will keep the 3D printer and filament secure so my students will be able to create their own personal fidgets. The laminating sheets will make it easier for my students to reuse worksheets, but also be able to wipe it clean.
