My Project

Pre-school is such an active and hand on learning experience. Which means everyone is touching everything at any given moment and time. Learning happens rain or shine, sick or not, and often times our little ones have a hard time fighting off germs. We actively wash our hands and teach our kiddos how and where to cough, sneeze, and blow their noses.

It is important to keep a clean and safe environment and help our kiddos learn about fighting off germs.

We want to also teach kids that there are different forms of keeping our classroom clean. It’s important for them to see and understand what we can do to keep ourselves safe and keep our friends safe from germs. We want to focus on our learning and growing our brains and would like to minimize the risk of getting sick in our classroom! That is why we ask for your help in getting cleaning supplies to keep the germs away, as it becomes difficult when we are short staffed with our custodial team.

There are many classrooms in our building and with short custodial staff it becomes difficult to clean our rooms thoroughly. We want to help them out and our kids our combat difficult flu, COVID, pneumonia, etc. season. With a clean classroom we can most likely decrease germ spreading and increase child and teacher attendance.
