Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Welcome! I work with students from Fresno, California who are in Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Their ages range from 3 to 5 years old with different cognitive abilities. In our class, there are 12 very unique students with Autism. Every day our team works with our students on, routines, math, communication, social skills, and their individual education plans.

When are students are not in class working hard to meet their IEP goals they join the general education students for inclusion.

Our students enjoy learning the alphabet, counting, dinosaurs, and any sensory-related activities. I absolutely love working with our students and they deserve the best that we have to offer.

My Project

With this project I hope that we can be provided bulk cleaning and sanitizing products for our classroom. With the supplies listed we will be able to restock and provide a cleaner classroom for our students. With having 12 students we are constantly busy cleaning shared spaces and toys to ensure that our students are protected from germs.

Everyday more and more people in our community are being impacted by COVID 19.

With the supplies included in this project we will be able to continue to clean our classroom surfaces, toys and shared spaces. Soap, wipes, sanitizer and masks will help keep out students, their families and ourselves protected from any type of virus.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
