This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Hi! Throughout the end of the school year and over break am going to work tirelessly to stock and DEEP clean my classroom. Yes, that means getting all the nooks and crannies cleaned that are often overlooked by our regular cleaners. You will find some items on this list such as a microwave. The trauma our microwave has had to endure over the past 6 years is unimaginable, so, I would like to replace it. We need some new graphing calculators. The calculators we have are very old and worn out. Some new ones will help with testing! I want to reconstruct and revive my classroom just so we have a fresh environment. Starting as soon as possible. As you may know this can be costly, so I NEED help. Especially when the school's budget is "If it isn't broke don't fix it!" When your environment is clean and decluttered so is your mind and I would love to give my students a fresh new and improved classroom. Having a classroom that is cleaned and stocked with all the materials (headphones, pencils, dry erase boards, paper, pencil sharpeners, hole punch, protractors, posters, tissues, paper plate & cups, cleaning supploes) that is necessary will help focus better and motivate them to do their very best all year long.
