I teach in an inner city public school which houses a program for Autistic Impaired Learners. We have a diverse population of students with various Autism Spectrum disorders.
My classroom consists of eighteen children, two of which are on the Autism Spectrum.
All my students are the most kind and hardworking students you will ever meet. They are so genuinely thoughtful and selfless. Watching how all students accept one another for their unique and beautiful differences is truly amazing. I am the luckiest teacher on the planet!
This time of year, my students constantly have colds and are sick. When a child does not feel well, it is difficult to function and hard to attempt their very best.
Having proper cleaning supplies and tools to clean with every afternoon would help the germs in my classroom not spread so easily.
This would keep my students be healthy and germ free enabling them to concentrate on their learning. Having a healthy classroom would maximize student-learning time and maintain the students' attention and focus on learning. The wipes, tissues, and hand sanitizer would help keep our rooms clean and sanitized. The cleaning tools and vacuum would help when we need to do a quick clean up also.
