Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My second-grade scholars are truly amazing! They are eager to learn and show such great excitement for school. Students come to school every day giving me the best that they have, and I, in return, give them the best that I have! I am proud of my students and it's truly an honor to be their teacher!

Teaching these children every day is a complete joy.

To see their faces light up when they learn something new is a great feeling. My students are academic scholars and I always send them to third grade well prepared!

My Project

By next month, we will be returning to the school building. While this is a positive thing, the spread and transmission of COVID-19 is still very real.

We will do everything we possibly can to keep our students and ourselves safe and healthy.

Face masks and Lysol cleaner and two tools that will help us do this.

Living this new norm is challenging enough. It is difficult to find these supplies in stock and for small children to keep track of their face masks.
