My Students

Many of my 1st grade students come from low-economic background and come from New York City shelters. We are a Title I school. All of our students receive free breakfast and lunch daily.

With this pandemic, many parents and students are feeling insecure to send their students to school.

I hope to find ways to help my students feel safe, secure, and excited to come to school to learn!!

My Project

The air purifier and filters will allow students to learn in a safer place. With the uncertainty of the pandemic and how it will affect our students, having this device will provide cleaner air.

By keeping the environment clean and safe for students to learn, the purifier will add an extra layer of protection.

Parents will feel a little more secure to send their children to school.

Creating a safer learning environment is my number one priority.

This device will be placed in the classroom and will purify the air while our students are practicing social distancing and creating memories!

The air purifier will be used all year to help with the overall health in the classroom and create a safer place for a happier face!
