This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal with this project is to get my students a new and spacious classroom rug. Having a classroom rug is so important for us to conduct fundamental whole group learning activities. Activities such as morning meetings, read alouds, SEL exercises, math talks, and so many more!!

Having a clean, comfortable, and spacious rug makes such a difference not only when providing whole group instruction but also as an alternative place to sit on during group work and centers.

My hope is that with your donations I will be able to raise enough funds to purchase the perfect classroom rug where my students can look forward sit and learn at!
