My Students
My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. As a low income school, we bring the highest opportunity for students who struggle. Within those challenges they bring out the best to create the person they are. My children have a lot of energy and are highly creative.
As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons you make lemonade and these students take this to a whole new level.
Art helps these students find the inner voice they had. The students can express themselves in a positive manner and help some of the struggle they go threw in life. Art creates happiness in the smallest ways.
My Project
These supplies are extremely important in my classroom. 3D is a fundamental element within arts. With these materials I'll be able to teach 3D to all grades with in my classroom. Clay is extremely important within the art room and this is something that I am lacking at this moment. With these materials my students will be able to have a stimulant and motor processing activities. With the claim my students will be able to take home something that is 3D and show their family how important art is within the education system. Please help support my classroom with these fundamental elements.
