Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a first year teacher, I have observed many other classrooms, and have seen that classroom management supplies make a big difference. I have requested a lot of organizational bins for teachers' paperwork, and student supplies. I really like the idea that students have mailboxes, and personal bins at their desks to stay organized. The white boards also will help with learning math and multiplication in my third grade classroom next year. I think my future students are very special, and deserve some fun things too like treasure box toys, and indoor and outdoor recess games. My most expensive item is a rug which is also a map of the United States. I think this will help in teaching US Geography and provide the students' a fun place to sit on the carpet.
Please help me make my first year a success.
I will use all of these things in my classroom for years to come. Further more, I think all of these things will help make learning in the classroom easier and more engaging. I am looking forward to a wonderful year!
