Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have great students that have all odds against them. We have all struggled to close the "covid gap" but they continue to try new things. They have grit and perseverance to excel in reading. My group of students zoomed in for two of their foundational years of schooling, but they keep showing the motivation to increase their reading levels. They have increased their vocabulary by leaps and bounds. They have also learned great penmanship through the study of writing. My scholars have also showed me the power of kindness!!!
