Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Towards the end of the school year supplies run very low. Being in a Title I-funded school some students are not able to supply themselves with materials that they need for the school year. I have supplied a majority a supplies this year for my class. I would like to finish the year strong, having extra supplies, and to start the next school year with supplies that students might not be able to get. This 2nd grade class is one of the most hard working group of kids! They come to school everyday ready to learn and want to make growth in both reading and math! Supplies like headphones, a 3-hole punch, pencils, and a pencil dispenser will make our year brighter.
