Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are part of a high poverty community. The majority of our students count on us to provide all of their basic learning supplies to be successful in class.

The basic supplies in my project will help me to provide engaging activities that help my students learn in an exciting way throughout the day.

The paper will be used to make Math and Science journals. The whiteboard markers will be used during Math instruction and for Phonics and spelling activities. The flash cards and spiral bound notebooks will be used for Math exit tickets and dictionaries. We will use the composition books for Reading Journals and the pens will be used for Writing editing and final drafts. These supplies will help me to start our classroom out fully stocked and ready to teach.
