Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have certainly been impacted by COVID and virtual learning. This project will help provide tools for students that need more support in the traditional classroom setting.
Please help my students succeed by providing more tools for adapting.
This project includes fidget toys for students to get out energy and keep their focus, alternative seating, alternative desks, and technology support for student devices. Students can take advantage of these tools to help them be more successful in the classroom.
Our school is a Title I school, and we currently have 100% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunches. It is difficult for most of our students to provide money for materials for class, and even more difficult for us to ask them to bring money for anything extra.
