My Project

Our students are experiencing a considerable amount of trauma in their family life, ranging from homelessness, temporary foster care, to drug abuse. They are very tired at school and at rest time have difficulty settling down for much needed sleep.

These new blankets will give great comfort to our little ones who require extra support to nap.

Our children benefit from back patting as well as layers of blankets for personal warmth. The weighted blankets will help those who appreciate a steady hug while sleeping. The plush doggie cover will help us store our extra clothes and blankets in a cute and functional way, doubling as a support buddy in our Calm-down Corner.
