My Students

My wonderful students range from tenth-twelfth grade. I teach in a public High School that is low income and is found in the suburbs of Los Angeles, CA.

I am honored to have such amazing students!

My students come to class ready to learn, excited, and with an open mind to learn something new. My students are always engaged with the topics at hand. Since all my students come from diverse backgrounds, their point of view is that much more important. My students make teaching and creating lessons so much fun because I know that everyday will have a new outcome. My students are a huge blessing to me and they are a constant reminder of why I became an English teacher.

My Project

Many students lack printers in their home because of their financial situation. Students will be doing a lot of essays this school year, and it is crucial that they have somewhere to print their work. Having a classroom printer will help those students who do not have a printer at home.

A classroom printer will benefit students that come from low income families.

This printer will also help facilitate the printing of any resources that students need immediately during class time. This resource will help reduce the stress of having to figure out where to print and, therefore, will produce more effective work.
