This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Studies have shown that being around houseplants reduce stress, clean the air, and may even help you focus! I personally love houseplants and want to bring them into my classroom to benefit my students as well. Unfortunately, my classroom does not have any windows. So how can I have plants without windows? Grow lights!

Help me bring the natural world into my classroom with grow lights!

Modern grow lights are LED and are safe to be around while still providing plants with all the light they need - even without the sun! I am asking for high quality grow lights to use on my classroom plants to allow them to thrive for my students.
