My Project

Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning. During independent work times they choose a location in the classroom. I like to make sure to give students choice . I am asking for white board clipboards, markers, flexible seats and soft lights to set the tone for classroom collaboration. The students choose where they like to work in the classroom and having the materials available helps them choose. They can use the materials and seats that make them feel comfortable and productive. I offer many choices in all areas. This helps to encourage engagement and ownership in their classroom and work.

Mrs. Skummer will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by September 3.
