My Project
I am asking for items to help make my classroom run more efficiently. I have 32 2nd graders this year and things are a little crowded in my classroom. Having these stools will allow me to pull small groups right at a table without having too much student movement. I am asking for rulers as our class size has increased this year, we need more math supplies. The rulers are used for our measuring unit that I teach in a few months.
Organization will be the key in helping to make my classroom run smoothly this year.
I am also asking for an iPad charging station. Being able to charge multiple devices at once will be key to getting students onto their devices quickly. The paper organizer will give me a place to put my small group materials. Once my students are done with their math independent work, they will go to the organizer and pick up the next activity. I will be able to have all the groups materials clearly labeled in this organizer. All of these materials will help make this the best year in 2nd grade!
