Help me give my students flexible seating options! The stools will be used during small group time, they are more space-friendly around a small table. The balance balls will allow for more flexible seating for students.
My goal is to create a classroom environment where my students feel comfortable and they are learning in a space that is conducive to growing in their education. Creating a space for students to sit more comfortably and work is helpful for student engagement and focus. All materials will be used to support student learning and achievement. Having flexible seating options can assist students in focusing on learning and provide them with a more comfortable, relaxed space to be successful.
My Project
These materials will be used to assist students in learning in the classroom. The materials are going to be used specifically to give students an option in their own learning. Flexible seating provides students with the option to find a way to focus when they may be having trouble doing so, the books are going into our classroom library to provide students with even more choices to read during their independent reading times. With the hope of getting students to achieve a goal of reading 30 minutes a day, the more choices they have in books, the better the odds are that they will achieve that goal!
