This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love our treasure box. They get so excited when choosing a hard earned reward.

I was thinking about taking rewards to another level of coolness in the classroom by getting a gumball vending machine for my students.

I truly believe that they would try even harder to earn a chance to get a prize from the vending machine.

There are many ways that my class would benefit from this. It would help manage my students better. It would be a fun and unique way to receive a prize. It would make classroom life easier. It would encourage students to participate more in class. It would motivate them to get along better. It would encourage them to do their work and stay engaged.

They will earn a token before they can "purchase" a prize. (economics).
