This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is a big ask, but one that would change the function of our classroom completely. We are fortunate to have a projector in our classroom, however it is connected to a desktop computer. This means that I spend too much time in one place rather than roaming the room. The iPad would allow me to not only project, but interact with the screen from anywhere in the classroom. Students will be able to share their thoughts with everyone by using the iPad and Apple pencil too. Imagine being able to pass the iPad to a student and allowing them to highlight, underline, correct, etc. Student engagement would increase!
