My Project

As we start preparing for the new school year, change is happening in our Transitional Kindergarten classroom! We are asking for furniture and storage to help maintain an organized classroom.

Having the materials we need to stay organized can help create an inviting environment to learn and play!

The shelving will provide additional space to store books, manipulatives, supplies, and toys. Additional storage will help us keep our classroom tidy and organized, allowing for a more efficient and productive teaching and learning experience. The metal rolling cart will be the perfect home for our magnatiles and perfect for space-saving as it can be moved anywhere in the classroom! The drying rack will be used daily by both TK classes and the flexible shelving will make it easier for students to store their art independently. And, the bean bag chair will be used in our Calm Corner as a safe space to foster self regulation when big feelings arise.

All of these materials will help the functionality of our classroom and will teach our students how to care for their space and community materials. An organized classroom can also help encourage our young learners to be independent, as they are able to navigate their way around our classroom and access any materials they may need.
