This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students get tired of sitting while they work and so I want to provide them with the opportunity to use a standing desk so they can stretch their legs while still working. I have a few students that are diagnosed with ADHD and I have tried several fidget/movement seats but they haven't worked really well with their focus, so I am hoping to try this new option.

There is nothing more important for a student than providing an environment that will help them learn.

That is why I believe that the standing desk will be beneficial to all students not just those that have ADHD. Then I wanted to provide more charging ports and organization for their technology. The fraction war is just another fun way to engage my student in learning their fractions during math.
