My Project

I currently teach 2nd grade special education, with a classroom full of students with a range of different backgrounds, beliefs, and unique capabilities. I am asking for support with providing my students with materials necessary for implementing engaging, hands-on, and multisensory math and reading instruction that includes a CVC word kit and MagnaTiles.

Multisensory instruction incorporates the use of auditory, visual, kinesthetic, and tactile lesson components.

This multisensory approach creates a unique whole-brain learning experience that is beneficial for learners of all abilities.

I am requesting materials to help incorporate more hands-on, multisensory components to our daily lessons. Having a variety of materials will help enhance engagement and improve student success!
