This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My ideal classroom is a culturally responsive and engaging environment . I want my students to feel at home in our classroom. I want them to feel valued and view our classroom as a place that is exciting and stimulating.

This project will help me build the classroom of my dreams.

I want my kids to feel like their favorite colors, animals, subjects and culture are all represented in our room. I want them to walk in our room and feel a perfect balance of fun and focus. I believe these two qualities embody school: a place where kids are learning as well as having fun.
