Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a teacher, I hold that a well-ordered classroom supports better learning, boosts productivity, and cultivates a sense of pride and accountability among students. However, maintaining order in the classroom can be challenging due to scattered supplies, misplaced books, and hard-to-find learning materials. This disorder not only detracts from the room's visual appeal but also hampers students' ability to focus and engage effectively.

I aim to transform our classroom into an organized and productive environment.

To do this, I'm introducing clear bins for neatly storing fine motor tools, math manipulatives, and writing materials. These bins will make it easier for students to find what they need and will streamline the clean-up process. Crayon cup organizers will neatly hold crayons, allowing students to access them at their tables during activities. Lastly, a new bookshelf will free up space, providing a designated area for organizing books, ensuring they're always at hand for students to grab and read.
