My Project

The classroom is a very active place, even when activities are less active. It is important for students to have a calm feel while learning, so that they are not as anxious. I would like to receive fluorescent light covers to cover my classroom lights. I am regularly turn down the lights so that it is not too bright, but I think having covers on the lights will help with create a calm atmosphere.

I am excited to give my students a more calming experience in the classroom.

I would also like to give my students items to use when they feel they need to calm down. Calming fidget strips and fidgets can help students self regulate their feelings.
