Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What makes my students special is their love for books. I have a diverse group of learners who love coming to school and being read to. They love read aloud time, and are very attentive when I read to them. For some of my students this may be the only time they ever get read to, so they get very excited to explore new books and subjects.

This collection of books would be amazing to have because I would have the opportunity to read fun holiday/theme books that engage their imaginations.

These books would help improve cognitive ability, social skills, as well as enhance their ability to listen.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
