This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My sixth-grade superstars are always eager to learn. They love projects and activities that are fun and educational at the same time. They love to have fun as they learn. I want to make sure that in my classroom, students always have all the necessary materials to apply to their learning. Every child deserves a quality education without limitations.

Most of my students come from a low socio-economic background.

Students have limited access to resources such as technology or other materials to create or complete projects. I would love for all of my sixth-grade students to create wonderful projects without the worry of not having the necessary materials to complete their work. They can create beautiful pieces of art. Thanks in advance for investing in public education and essentially, the future of our nation.

My Project

Dear Donors, Thank you for stopping to read about this project.

In this project, I am requesting different items that help us in the classroom.

For example, pens and sticky notes are always a necessary staple in the classroom that are used on a daily basis. I plan to use the balloons, potato sacks, and darts as part of our coming Spring festival in which students have plenty of fun playing different games. The face masks will allow my students to continue staying safe in the classroom.

I am also requesting cups and paper towels since the students use them frequently when we do art or other activities. Thanks in advance for helping me make this project a reality!
