Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of our students come from low income households. The students look to school to provide some of their basic needs on a daily basis.
These snacks, and drinks will help to keep the students energized and motivated through out the day.
Our students are able to get item from class equity using virtual cash that they have been given by their teachers to students for a variety of positive reason; coming to school, being in uniform, answering questions in class, getting a good grade or helping a friend.
The students continue to work hard to earn "money" to buy treats from the Class Equity Store.
