My students are a hard-working and diverse group of learners; however, they are often intimidated by math concepts. My students have discovered that math is more fun and easier to understand when they get to engage in a hands-on activity to learn the concepts, especially since these students are very active in the classroom.
These students crave knowledge and want to learn anything and everything.
Despite the hesitation when it comes to math, they love a challenge and are very inquisitive.
Technology has enabled the creation of amazing and fun online math resources. These resources have my students begging to use technology in the classroom; however, due to limited resources there are rarely any Chromebooks in the classroom for the students to use.
Anything that has my students excited about math gets me excited.
And that is just what these online resources have done. When I had access to technology for my students to access the resources, their comprehension and scores improved. Therefore, I am asking for two Dell Chromebooks to help my students access the resources and help they need.
