My Students

I have a wonderful group of kindergarteners! We are in a small town in a low income school. I have 16 students. There are 11 girls and 5 boys! My group of students is very unique and there is a wide range of personalities and talents. I have a combination of students that are very low in their academics and also students that are extremely high. We live in a wonderful community and are proud to be a part of such an awesome school.

My Project

My kindergartners are not able to have computers as a special. I feel that each students needs to learn basic computer skills at an early age. Using a mouse to point and click is a wonderful way to build coordination and fine motor skills.

I will use the Chromebooks as a learning tool for my students.

There are so many online resources for my students to use. Our school has an online reading program that I hope to use for my kinders. My students will learn basic typing skills and will in turn use this knowledge to strengthen their literacy and numeracy skills.

I would love to have these for my kinder kiddos. I hope that everyone will consider donating to this wonderful technology need! Thank you!
