I am in need of an easel to use in my Kindergarten classroom. With an easel, I can easily model handwriting skills and allow students to use it during center and small group time. I enjoy having "Name of the Day" in my classroom. During this time, we talk about letters, syllables, sight words and sentence structure using a new friend each day. This is also a way to get to know my students and open them up to communicating in front of classmates. An easel can also easily be used for math instruction as well. An easel would make these subjects much simpler and more fun!
