My Students

Do you love technology? Do computers help you complete daily tasks? Well, my students love learning using technology. With your help, my students will be able to use Chromebooks in our class to do many assignments and tasks. Chromebooks will allow students to learn in an environment that increases their engagement and allows them to practice their skills using a 21st century medium.

My students are excited to learn and embrace knowledge in creative ways that best fit their individual personalities.

My students are full of energy, working in groups, partnerships, and individually to best meet their educational needs in an engaging manner. My students are eager to learn new curriculum and always up for a challenge. They love technology and the engagement and exploration it brings.

My Project

Having a set of Chromebooks will help my students expand and differentiate their learning. These Chromebooks can be used in such an infinite number of ways. Students can use Google Classroom to respond to video prompts, journal their thinking, share their learning, and much more! Students who have trouble with writing on paper can use the Chromebooks to type their writing; creating stories, writing opinion pieces, and publishing their work. The Chromebooks will make a big impact on how the class will improve their typing skills, therefore, getting them prepared for responses on their state tests starting next year. Our class also hopes to use the Chromebooks to access Dreambox, a math program that is differentiated by each individual student's learning needs.

My students have a great interest in technology, and where technology is taking the world.

They are excited to apply their knowledge and expand their knowledge using digital tools. Our classroom needs up-to-date technology that will allow the students to learn in an engaging but very meaningful way. This grant will help to achieve this.
