My Students

I teach fifth-, sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade scholars in Math 5, Math 6, Pre-Algebra, Math 8, and Algebra, including three classes that are strictly online. In addition, I also teach technology to grades 6 and 7. With a total of 50 plus students, my heart is very full. Each class has its own unique personality and its own strengths.

My students are working to find their own identities since we are in a unique situation this year; everything is new and several things need to be retaught.

Engaging lessons are a must. To create engaging lessons, a few more resources are needed. We have a wonderful opportunity to serve students from all walks of life. Please consider donating to us today.

My Project

We are looking to get a set of Chromebooks for our classroom.

We are hoping to get a complete set of 6-8 of them and a cart.

These Chromebooks would help my students do math-centered activities and be more efficient with their time in the classroom. The resources that Chromebooks would let us access would be digital math activities, Gimkit, blooket, nearpod and more. My students need additional technology since our school is not a 1:1 school regarding technology. These will also come in handy in our tech classes to inspire middle schoolers to explore and create.
