Chrome Books to Fill Gaps in Student Learning

My Project

By giving each student their own Chromebook it will not only support lessons in the classroom but will help to fill gaps in skills they may need more practice in, especially after being online for over a year. These programs help students in the area of math concepts, math facts, spelling, vocabulary, reading, writing, and science. Students are able to work at their skill level and at their speed of learning with the use of Chrome books. In our class, we have students that are working at a primary level to high school level in reading and in math, which makes differentiating difficult at times. The great thing about a lot of the programs that we have access to online is that they are able to challenge students at their level--whether it be that they need extra practice on skills or if they are needing a challenge that is above a 5th-grade level.
