My Project

Incorporating the latest educational theories and practices, this interactive kit goes beyond conventional learning aids. It immerses students in the art and science of child care center design, from infancy to preschool, fostering a deep understanding of the impact of layout on learning and development.

Through a series of structured activities, students in our Child Development 1, 2, 3, and 4 classes will not only gain practical experience in designing and setting up child care environments but also develop critical skills in cost analysis and budgeting.

This experience will follow our six-week on-site preschool where students will individually plan their own child care center. This real-world application of their knowledge will not only reinforce their learning but also provide invaluable hands-on experience, preparing them for future careers in early childhood education.
