This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My project "Chess Masters in the Making" is a project that will give more of my students the opportunity to learn, play and develop. We currently have a set, like the sets being requested. Students in my class have very much enjoyed playing and learning to play.

I plan to bring in more chess sets as my students develop as players.

I would like to work with my grade level team and host a chess tournament for the students to play against their peers. Please support this project and my students.
