My Project

I have been teaching middle school science for 27 years and recently moved to an amazing outdoor community school. My new school has great outdoor equipment but is lacking when it comes to typical science lab equipment.

I believe middle school students should always be doing science labs that make them feel like they are exploring.

The labs include topics like conservation of mass, eno/exothermic reactions, states of matter, and many others. My physics labs would benefit too. Students absolutely love it and I feel such a sense of purpose.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
