My Project

Balancing equations is a hard topic to teach my students and having the model kit will help them visually see what it means to be balanced. It cuts out the step of my students having to draw out the visuals. The lattice model will be used to show my students what the lattice structure is and it will allow them to use the foam balls to create their model. This allows them to understand how to build the model and see the 3-D version of it instead of pictures. The TpT gift cards will be used to buy supplementary lessons/activities that will support my future students.

All students learn differently and many of my students with disabilities learn through hands-on and/or visuals.

Every year my students benefit from having some visuals during the lesson to enhance their learning. The academic ability of my students changes every year and these items will help support all my students with their learning.
