My Project

Keeping 26 to 28 pairs of first-grade headphones organized is no small task! My students use their headphones almost every day, but without a designated storage system, cords become tangled, headphones get misplaced, and valuable learning time is spent sorting everything out.

This project will give each student an individual supply box to safely store their headphones while the rolling carts will keep everything organized and easy to access.

I'm also requesting a few extra pairs of headphones so that every student can participate in technology-based learning, even if their pair is forgotten at home or stops working mid-school year.

A little organization goes a long way in first grade. When students know exactly where their materials belong, they become more independent, our transitions are smoother, and we spend more time learning instead of untangling cords and searching for our supplies.
