Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I work in a middle school, and I'm coaching the school's first cheerleading team. We have baseball, basketball, volleyball, and football teams, but no cheerleaders. My girls are very excited about representing the school. They work hard at being original. They have come together in making original cheers, chants, and dance routines. We have only one problem--they need official uniforms. Unfortunately, my squad comes from low-income families and cannot afford the uniforms. My girls are very excited about being in the squad, and we rehearse three times a week after school. They are energetic, original, and enthusiastic. I have set guidelines for the squad, and they must maintain an average of 73 percent academically to represent the school at all. They have done so. We have auditions coming up for a talent competition within the school region, and the squad has put together a nice original routine. We are ready except for the uniforms. Please help provide us with the uniforms; the "angels" cheerleading squad thanks you in advance for all your help and generosity.
