Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have worked extremely hard this school year and I would love to send them off with an extra cheer! These materials will benefit my students in various ways. The flashcards will allow them to practice their multiplication facts and become prepared for fourth grade. The notebooks and colorful pens will promote creative writing, journaling experiences, and enhance their artistic abilities throughout the summer. I also have included place value dominos to review what they have already learned this year. Jump ropes will encourage students to participate in physical activity all summer long. Lastly, the reusable water bottles will promote a healthy lifestyle and will reduce the use of plastics. We have discussed the importance of recycling and how small changes like a reusable water bottle can make a difference in keeping our environment healthy.

I welcome the opportunity to be able to provide materials that will continue to support their learning, help our environment, and capture their unforgettable summer moments!
