Like all eight-year-olds, my students have some wonderful imaginations. They love to draw and create new things. They are full of wonder and excitement about everything I introduce to them.
My students are some of the most creative individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
The stories they are able to write when doing creative writing tasks are incredible. Then as if that was not enough they are also some of the kindest kids you will ever come across. They care so much about each other. It is an honor to call them my students.
My Project
These items will be available to check out so that students will be able to have access to many of our online resource, including Clever and Teams. Both of these websites give the students access to many of the assignments that they will be missing while being excluded. While all of my students are in class they will have access to websites like Kahn Academy, Dreambox, and RAZ kids that gives students mini lessons on many of the Nevada Academic Content Standards and helps with intervention and enrichment. Many of my students have deficits in their learning due to missed school for COVID related issues. The students often do have have the same struggles so it is difficult to provide small group. This will give them more access to specific skills they are laking while I am providing small group instructions to others.
