My Project

My students are curious learners who think outside the box. Learning chess teaches them how to strategically think of moves and anticipate what might happen. Chess is a game that challenges you and encourages strategic thinking. Students have the opportunity to work together and have fun along the way. The great thing about chess is that not every game is the same. Students learn new tricks with each game they play. I love watching their excitement as they get better and better. These games will encourage and excite my students! My students have been asking to start an after school chess club. These materials would help them make that dream a reality.
