Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I have the pleasure of educating at a Title 1 school where most families receive assistance due to being low income. All students need access to high-quality education, and many of my students face challenges on a daily basis. All my students are unique and deserve the best education possible. I look at each child individually, and I am thankful for the opportunity to support their social, emotional, behavioral and educational needs. I'm a gifted teacher, and I'm truly creating a classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of my students.

In order to maximize our time and learning and engagement, iPads are needed to become more interactive.

Class iPads will help students to become confident to converse with one another, work hard in class and stay engaged throughout class.
